Her dynamic and lively presentations make her a much requested speaker, facilitator, keynote speaker, trainer, and presenter at conferences, symposiums, business events, and breakfast/lunch meetings.
K. Patrice Williams has been a Small Business Development Leader and Brand Director for over 15 years. Since graduating from Law School, Patrice has immersed herself in the local, national and global development of micro and small businesses. Her Solano County-based company, 123 Target Marketing, has developed, counseled and mentored thousands of small business owners through live seminars and webinar based training programs. She has taught small business owners through Solano College Vista and as an Adjunct Marketing Professor at Napa Valley College. Most recently, she represented Solano County small businesses in Sacramento, California at business-development meetings, regarding new legislation supporting small businesses.
In September 2013, K. Patrice Williams represented Solano County minority small-business owners during Small Business Legislative Week in Washington D.C., both at the White House and on Capitol Hill. During the week, she met with legislators and business leaders from throughout the U.S. regarding the needs of small business owners. Last spring, as a member of the California Trade Delegation, she traveled to both Africa and India on a two-fold mission designed to build trade relationships and to enhance the ability of California’s small- and medium-sized businesses to prosper in East Africa and India.
K. Patrice Williams has a Juris Doctorate, a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Marketing. She has been awarded a number of honors including Honorary Commander 2013-2014, Travis Air Force Base, CA; Small Business of the Year Award–2013, Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce; Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition–2012, U.S. Congress; Certificate of Recognition–2012, California State Assembly; and Spirit of Solano Award Recipient–2012, WestAmerica Bank, Solano Economic Development Council, Solano Black Chamber of Commerce.
